A
“Smiles
Ambassador”
is a volunteer who has a passion & a vision for reaching their family,
friends, colleagues, church and greater community with the needs of
the Romanian people and the work of The Smiles Foundation.
The
Smiles Foundation is passionate and ambitious in its desire for
communities in the UK and USA to know of the needs of the Romanian
people and the work Smiles is doing in addressing those needs.
The
vision is enormous… the geographical possibilities even more so.
To
assist in this endeavour, The Smiles Foundation looks to involve those
individuals who, having experienced the work of Smiles first hand
through visiting Romania, possess a similar passion and vision for
increasing the awareness of Romania and Smiles in their specific
communities and are willing to act as “official” Smiles
representatives.
These individuals we
call “Smiles'
Ambassadors”.
A “Smiles'
Ambassador”…
·
shares
the needs of Romania and the work of Smiles within their community
through a variety of outreach methods.
·
encourages and facilitates financial contributions/support from
family, friends, colleagues, churches and greater community.
·
promotes
Mission Trip opportunities.
·
plans,
organises or holds at least one Fundraiser a year.
Could
you be a “Smiles
Ambassador”?
A Smiles Development Associate cannot reach the whole of the UK/USA or
even the whole of your community with the needs we have in Romania.
The Romanian people and The Smiles Foundation need you!
